They have been doing a hatchet job on us for years now. It's like they go out of their way to find negative crap.

Lets say we get the approval of the permit at the end of this week and also find out that we have a buyout/JV offer from the Chinese on the same day. The only stipulation on the permit is that we have to hire more workers.

The headline for Dow Jones would read: Crystallex permit denied because of labour dispute.
