i've seen this before and usually it's a foreshadowing of an event to follow...

BUT, is it possible that the "institutions/etc" are trying to create an interest spike?????? fact is imo that not many folks are trading right now....you have the "hold tights" and "hold til news" crowds....imo

although personally i am looking at buying some more (but i wont be rushed)......

i dont think there are any "noobs" left out there....imo

time for ven/kry/MM/institutions to stop the labor pains and "SHOW US THE BABY"......
