Somebody somewhere is in the know and when the permit arrives we will know by the volume prior.



March April - 4M new shares suddenly appear.



June 20 - 13.2M shares trades out of the blue 2 days prior to June 24 pr.



Yesterday - 3.8M shares traded after trading 343k the day before.

Surprise - today's pr and to say nobody knows what is going on...HA! OH we will know before the permit arrives.
