Zen, this deal is dead, Rusoro can look to pick up shares on the open market after depressing the value by a very low offer or make a better friendly offer to management or go hostile and take a sweetened offer directly to shareholder, I don`t and have never owned GRZ stock but would love to kick RML CEO in the balls ten times just for playing with and trying to openly screw with investors money, this is nothing more than a TRC scam offer and it pissed me off
