i know everyone has a hundred different "scenario's" for what happened yesterday and why......mine are all good for kry...but heres one sleazy one i cant get out of the back of my mind...
a few quick facts:
the venz and rus have obviously been working together.
hugo does'nt like the old "concession arrangement" (i.e. grz)
kry has already recieved an approval from minamb on thier "proposal for improvement", grz has'nt said anything about thiers..
sleazy russian scenario: again, i dont think this is the case but my minds working overtime......so here it is...
the govt tells you they will be canceling grz's deal and approving kry's.....you make a lowball offer to grz (you know they wont take)...grz turns the offer down...soon after the gov cancels grz's deal....
you make the same type of offer to kry (before the gov approves the deal).........sleazy
