i thing that part of the equipment in storage is for the ore processing plant for LC .So the revenim mill is used as bargaining chip for the ingoing negotiation with Minab .By the way the plant is a drag financially and Kry is hoping to get reed of it in the best way possible making look like and possibly helping the local miners with their small operations.
