thanks to all for the intel and DD on the revemin story (i'm still not sure about the extra ore from rusoro going to revemin II, but maybe it's a different mill)....

conclusion:

revemin will remain open by the ven govt (subsidized by kry) in order for kry to perform the "improved social benefits" part of minambs demands....also, they have to put in a street light and serve turkey on weds in the cafe'.

the environmental/remediation demands have already been met and are viable/legal (per minamb).
