Totally agree Vet.

It would appear that getting the permit would be a bigger problem now than not getting it.

If GRZ gets the permit then they have to start building something and they have to commit a lot of money otherwise the Vz government has a real good reason to throw them out for non performance. If they get the permit they have to do business in a terrible business climate which is an unproductive way to do business.

On the other hand if they don't get the permit then it seems like that would be the best option for the following reasons.

1) Not getting the permit is a black and white situation. GRZ is rid of Chavez and does not have to put up with his crap anymore. GRZ can then file its legal action and see where that leads.

2) GRZ can pick and choose the best gold mining deal it wants to get involved in in another location and become productive and do what it does best.

3) Down the line a settlement might be arrived at from Vz or from the courts. Whichever case presents itself can only benefit GRZ.

4) GRZ' equipment orders are very sought after so it has quite an advantage there.

As I said not getting the permit has so much more upside than downside. Getting the permit is frought with vipers and landmines.

How can GRZ possibly conduct business in such a treacherous environment?
