Graham, I think you are jumping the gun when you said:

It is my understanding that the NA will start talking about it in 15 days.

Enacting it will take a little while longer.

And I agree with those who said that Reuters was doing another one of their hatchet jobs, by implicating LC, whereas Hugo did not mention it at all. I also believe he must have been hinting at GRZ. After all, the guy is an amateurish childish lunatic, but even he will realize he already owns LC. Nevertheless I will send him that jojo.
