Clarification.

The can't occur part until November is for legal progress against Venz.

The permit part can come at any time (soon:), which could be "far away" depending on your definition of soon.

My definition of soon is today up to 2 weeks.

I have stopped speculating on what the Vens will do and when the Vens will do it.
