Thanks oldguy. I was hoping someone would notice that last sentence. Unfortunately, I'm not totally convinced. Many of us thought a vote would be the deal breaker back when Hugo wanted an extension and expansion of his super powers. He didn't think making the voters happy was important then...and lost the vote. Maybe he learned his lesson but I have my doubts(easy to be negative on a day like today).
