I agree that the permit will come, as Venezuela has no ability or capital to build and operate the mine.

I currently see no evidence of a change in the deal though. As recently as a week ago RM stated the KRY position that the company is waiting for the permit and that no other changes have been requested.

Any recent JVs really have no relevance because those were deals where the government did not already own 100% of the project. I don't see Venezuela giving KRY a percentage ownership of the concession now wholly owned by CVG in trade for the current MOA.
