They are up 8% today (but very low volume).

Earlier Spaceguy posted an article that talked about:

New financial system

Elsewhere in his statements, the President asserted that is developing "a new financial system" based on an alliance with its strategic partners of Iran, Russia and China, which takes place on the advice of Fidel Castro.

Chavez is really worried about oil revenue going forward also.

My original thought was the "a new financial system" announcement was partly/mostly responsible for our drop today. Now I look at GRZ and I am confused about that.
