CJR I am not diputing any of what you say. Whether or not this is a feasible idea really dosen't to matter to Chavez. It seems that Chavez is acting like he wants to follow a hard socialist model and he is talking/acting like the opportunist that he is. I'm sure his plan is to continue to exploit the current crisis as to explain why things are so awful for the Venezuelan population. While he's bashing the US/ western world's free-market system, he keeps gaining ground on his socialist agendas .
