I would have to challenge the logic behind your statements.

What do the miners want?

1. Payment for concessions that were relinquished to CVG.

2. Jobs that were promised at the industrial mines.

What else is happening now?

Elections!

Who is running for re-election in Bolivar State and Sifontes?

Chavez' party officials!

Clearly, logic says give what is due and all will be winners. The time is now.
