Investor 65 I can agree with your analysis even though it's not at all as spectacular compared to what might have been. The diff with me- I am forced to hold at these levels, no selling here. I do agree the downside is limited and could be long time w/ no change and no real big pop after news. I can still hang around for about a year and trade around a core of 30000 but prob make some tax moves for a third of this before EOY.

I am still thinking chances are slightly better for a permit around the election, after that it's anyone's guess. Good luck everyone, good night.
