Yes he does and with us ,he is still the boss dangling the carrot to make us do things for him.

However he doesn't mind exploiting us.

Mind you : I am proud ,as you are , that we are building hospitals ,schools, water treatment systems ,sewage ect...,things that ,otherwise ,these unfortunate people will not see for a long time.
