Midas I respect your rights to vote however you choose, please note I'm by no mean pounding my fits and saying vote no, I voting no because Management has failed to deliver value for shareholders at this pps here and they are asking shareholder to compensate them for nonperformance at a very opportunistic share price, (once you vote you give up any control to the BOD to use at their discretion) I don't dislike management, much is beyond their control, I have been a supporter in the past and have done well with this play, now try telling an investor that brought on the high and holding at this level or sold that management will gets options (right) to buy shares at this level going forward
