Thanks for posting MOM I don't know why they ask us to participate at all since it seems that the company is voting itself rights to change many things without shareholder approval.

Here is what struck me:

4. advancing the date on which any option may be exercised or extending the expiration date of any option,
provided that the period during which an option is exercisable does not exceed 10 years from the date the option

I can't wait ten years to profit from this endeavor. Seems that the only gold being mined is by the corporate cleaning of the shareholder pocket.

Venezuela continues to hose us, now corporate too.
