I understand where you are coming from.

The denial as far as KRY is concern is been over turned, they refer to it as there is a letter in the file and overrides the denial, per RM ( not in those exact words but close).

Now which gov. agency are you talking about? You and i both know there are several and the all have a say in this dam permit.
Then to top it all off Sanz can then override them. On top of that you have the clown getting his two and 1/2 cents involved with his speeches. It seems to me most of this is political and each is saying things to get one-up-man ship on someone else.

Not saying you are not correct, just after waiting all this time why upset the apple cart. I agree enough is enough but i would wait it out until DEC.
