That makes more sense to me, those arbitration hearings take years. Not only that, say there was a legal problem that had arisen in the arbitration hearings, I assume Crystallex would be given a chance to defend itself, right. No.............that's not it. IMHO

All I know is that by December 15th we better either have clarity to our situation from KRY management and\or Sanz or have the appropriate legal papers filed notifying the CVG that they are in breech of contract.
