I've been away all day and been trying to catch up.

A lot has been made of the first 2 votes being canceled today and no options being issued. What if you are correct EZ about Fung knows the details of what and when will happen. Could Kry legally have a vote on options with insider knowledge? Could this be why they pulled the vote?
