To rephrase "asking for clarification" to "We are clueless" is not the definition of honesty. I am satisfied with the press releases regarding the Nov 5th/6th comments published. I don't like the comments attributed to Sanz but they are there. What I would like is a tight timeframe for Crystallex to take action if VZ. stonewalls an answer. My date is November 30th. No reason, imo, to wait longer on what information is currently available. We are only talking about direction not details. The election will be over on the 23rd, the Russian delegation will be there on the 26th and gone by the 30th so no reason not to have clarity by the end of the month. Hopefully, Crystallex will be respected enough to be able to press release the answer without us having to guess about what, if any, additional comments Sanz or Chavez may say while the Russians are in town. Ideally, an answer should be available on the 24th or 25th prior to the Russians arrival.

Crystallex management is not clueless and neither is Doug. The only way to have more to say is to have definitive resolution. We all want closure and a clear direction, hopefully a permit but at least fair compensation if VZ wants to partner with a different company.
