He understands our frustration and is with us Chand....but can't say anything or do more than has already been done. We continue to wait.

The question I have for you and the rest of this board is do you understand his level of helplessness and frustration? Email after email of the same words will not move this any further along.

We remain patient and wait....or you sell and save your sanity.
