Hotdoggy......After all this time dealing with VZ officials, (or not so official), I cannot imagine that the people dealing with this are incompetent. They would not be kept in their positions otherwise. They are losing money too. It doesn't matter how smart or intelligent one is, we are dealing with a country that does not think like you and I, or 'The West' at all, for that matter.
