Chavez argues that victory is Venezuela and its Constitution


Caracas, Nov 24. ABN .- "There is an extraordinary success, today's victory is from Venezuela and ratifying the democratic path that the people have chosen," the president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Hugo Chávez Frías, after which the Council National Electoral Council (CNE) issued the first bulletin of results of regional elections this Sunday.

Since the facilities of the Hotel Alba Caracas, Chavez stressed that the decline in rates of abstention during this regional electoral process represents a success for the Bolivarian democracy and participatory.

"This is a success for the Bolivarian democracy, the Constitution, which in some regional elections has reached 65.45% of participation is historic and confirms the great triumph of the political system prevailing in Venezuela," he said.

In this regard, urged the candidates representing the opposition parties that did well this 23n to remain subject to the mandates of the Constitution.

President Chavez congratulated Venezuelans who came to exercise their right to vote, as well as the military's Republic Plan, while also thanked the guests for their cooperation and international certification of the Venezuelan electoral system.
