Chavez argues that victory is Venezuela and its Constitution


Caracas, Nov 24. ABN .- "There is an extraordinary success, today's victory is from Venezuela and ratifying the democratic path that the people have chosen," the president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Hugo Chávez Frías, after which the Council National Electoral Council (CNE) issued the first bulletin of results of regional elections this Sunday.

Since the facilities of the Hotel Alba Caracas, Chavez stressed that the decline in rates of abstention during this regional electoral process represents a success for the Bolivarian democracy and participatory.
