teut, i really wonder how much grz/kry common stock has already been swallowed up by RML/other related parties....that could affect the whole story.

as far as kry and BK.....i guess that all depends on how strong kry's case is. there are guys that finance mines, guys that finance litigatation, and guys that finance political change.....

if kry can show a good case i dont see a reason they should have to go BK...vannessa has stuck around this long with thier case....imo kry's is much better..

as far as a permit....i no longer think we'll see one as long as hugo is in power, but who knows, i think the next 6months-yr will bring about a lot of changes..
