Money to survive the apparent disregard of Chavez's Government of transparent business protocol for both GRZ and specially for KRY seems to me to be the BIG issue. The combined cash in the bank can't exceed $150 ml. for both companies with the burn rate the time factor thrown in it is not IMHO a very viable union for either KRY or GRZ, maybe in the short term but long term, NO. It might buy some time and the only consequence of a benefit would be that if within the time frame Chavez loses his bid for President for life and his opponents get rid of him.

Chavez holds all the cards, he is in total control of the Government and it's Ministers. If he wanted the Permit issued it would have been, unfortunate for both companies he is playing his game of scratch my back and I'll scratch yours. He wants to go down in History as a Socialist hero and is hell bent into that direction carving out HIS own rules as he go's along with his Revolution.
