Penderite,

I was not attacking you and I certainly do not think your question/request of RM was "out of line, probbing or angry." I could be wrong, but I think your letter was the first you have sent to management. Certainly if you have something on your chest, as an investor you should write to whoever you need to, to make yourself feel better and bring the issue to the attention of the proper people. I'm talking about investors who send letters constantly about every aspect of our game. If I were RM I'd hit the delete button on every one of them. Fortunately for us, even if it is a canned response or something we do not want to hear, he gives us the courtesy of a reply.

You have witnessed first hand, by RM's generic response that he is being bombarded by tons of email. If I had to guess, I'd say 99.9% of them are along your lines. I'm sure he will consider your words, but would imagine he is getting pretty tired of all the complaining and requests for him or management to handle things differently. In the scheme of things we know very little about what's going on. We need to have faith that they do and are conducting business appropriately.

If a KRY investor is so easily swayed by the articles that are being written and cannot objectively, given the facts about KRY that we all have at our disposal, weigh what is true or false than perhaps they are not suited to hold this position. KRY investors need tough skin and the ability to cut through the crap and hold true to the facts at hand. I think many on this board will agree Keith, that this stock is NOT for the "average Joe/Jane investor." You gotta have big ones to hold/trade this baby.

Yes, it is unfair that we seem to be attacked and misrepresented by the media on a regular basis. I understand your level of frustration. Management does as well. When/If they feel it is necessary they will reiterate our position. In the meantime we hold tightly to the facts.

I apologize if you took offense to my post. I was merely asking a question myself and am still waiting for someone here to respond.

Pam
