From time to time the Company meets with brokerage firms, analysts, institutions, investors and media to update on the company. As a matter of Policy at these meetings and presentations we discuss only what is in public domain and update everyone on material information via news releases and regulatory filings.

We are conscious of investor concerns, media speculation and information bouncing around in the press and chat rooms. As indicated in my earlier email the concerns, speculation and information will be best handled when the Venezuelan Government clears the arr and uncertainty regarding the Las Cristinas Project. At this stage actions speak louder than words.
