Orc and Pen,

An offer by KRY for GRZ is an interesting thought. I suspect the KRY balance sheet might make it somewhat difficult.

What would be very interesting, IMO, is if GRZ turned the tables on RMLFF by making a takeover offering to RMLFF shareholders. Maybe one GRZ share for, say four or five of RMLFF's. (Then pull their bid just before the deadline)
