hi eddy,with full respect for your thoughts,

you have embarked in a small campaign ,for couple days now ,to defend Chavez and excuse him from not being aware of what is going on around him.

Being the egocentric that we know ,Chavez has not discussed the matter with his ministers ,otherwise there would have been a decision about it,but he has for sure being advised about the present situation and he is fully aware of what is going on and the relative happening in the future.

He is only lining up the events in the way he want them to run in order to fit his agenda.

Of course the referendum has delayed the decisions about mining but they will come and then we shall know .
