I wonder if Chavez by way of the back door, has been successful in mobilized the Trade Unions of Venezuela into a usable electoral force. It would strategically fit into the overall plan of total dominance by Political control of Venezuela using the guise of a Communistic doctrine as a means to a personal goal.
