Money for developing LB

I think maybe I'll try again to explain my logic.

We all know that come Tuesday, we should know how RML did in it's bid for GRZ.If they were successful., then ......There is $1,000,000, plus equip. Several are mentioning GFI, and how they wouldn't get involved because of past experiences. This would be quite a different kettle of fish.

First off, Rusoro DOES have a Venezuelan subsiduary named Venrus. It's 50/50 partner IS CVG (VZ). This didn't happen by happenstance. This coupling is just what we have been speculating about for weeks. Rusoro now has the means to procure permits. That is a fact. CVG is where the permits come from, and now Rusoro shares a Venezuelan company with them. This company is a vessel that can and will be used to mine with a 'Russian' company, and with the 'partner of choice'. WE have been hearing those two statements many times by VZ officials, and Chavez. So if the bid for GRZ is, and I say is, successful, then there is the $1,000,000 from GRZ.

Now at this point, I will address GFI. They left because they couldn't get anywhere. That means permits. There still is the gold there, and they have a 30% share of RUSSORO. Now, Rusoro has this Venezuelan subsiduary, partnered with CVG who is the body that gives out the permit. SOOOO....is this a big leap to immagine? GFI, now part owner in a company with CVG, will realize that the ball game has changed. Now there would be every reason to believe that a permit to develope LB is just around the corner. Obviously, there is every reason for CVG to give permits to Venrus. And 'if' Rusoro owns GRZ, which IS Las Brisas, you can bet that LB will be mined or should I say managed by, Venrus.

So now, GFI could easily decide, for a cut in whatever, to put money into LB, which is now Rusoro, which would more than likely be sold or transfered to Venrus. LB WILL HAVE IT"S PERMITS.

Now, if Rusoro does not succeed in acquirng GRZ, then there would have to be an entity to pony up some cash, if they are going to try again. With Venrus in the position of being able to get permits, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that GFI might see the wisdom of 'Helping out Rusoro/Venrus/CVG'. The result would be exactly what Chavez wants, and he did say he is going to be mining in 2009. ( I know, he said Las Christinas, but the order doesn't matter)So GFI might see that this would be a good move. The 50/50 joint venture would not change with another player, it would just dilute the profits of the Rusoro's 50%. So Chavez shouldn't have a problem with GFI money going in to the deal. I't still throiugh Rusoro.

As Far as VZ/Chavez havin any money, lets not forget that he has vowed to get these mines going. Don't doubt for a minute that Chavez has many billions in reserve, and I believe he put aside money to get mining up and running. He could find 2 or 3 hundred mil. or more if he wanted to. And to have the Brisas problem/headache resolved, well it'll likely save him many more hundreds of mill. going the route I just put forward, rather than arbitration. I mean, he would have had to approvef this new company Venrus, and to what end? other than to further his agenda.

So, one way or the other, I believe that if Rusoro eventually gets GRZ, then Venrus will step in and Brisas will be developed.

Where KRY is in this, well, wait for another day.

Make any sense now?
