RML will not win GRZ on Jan 21 (we won't find out until Jan 22 or 23) - the big shareholders will not sell out so cheaply. But I suspect we are close to a deal.

Call me a conspiracy nut but nothing is ever as it seems in this world anymore. IMHO RML will get GRZ and all the PR from GRZ is simply to comfort the die hard shareholders and make believe that GRZ fought hard to stop it when in reality the deal is done. Never trust the BoD. Shareholder value is their last concern.

It's always about $ and control, Chaves wants control and he feels he can have it via a consolidated region. What Chaves wants, Chaves gets.. It's his country. At least in his mind.
