I wanted to make sure that the bond holders argument was not another problematic concurrent event because in any madman mind there is always a flush of truth and here is the official answer.

I do not believe that a hearing date has been set at this point. We believe the hearings could start as early as February. Crystallex cannot forecast the outcome of legal proceedings - certainly any expedited repayment award by the court could put significant burden on the Company.
