Thanks oira, but his does not apply to the "Notice of Application filed by Computershare Trust Company.

I have sent an email to Richard Marshall requesting an update according to their Press Release of December 09, 2008.

I also requested to be informed of the date of the Hearing. I expect it to be open to the Public.
