Do the bondholders have a case against KRY?

Taken from the Yahoo Board:

Summary For Court Case: 20-Nov-08 11:33 am 9/03/2005......"Venezuela's government expects to issue Crystallex International Corp.'s environmental permit by about June 1, the gold miner's chief executive said Tuesday, the last piece of paper the company needs to develop one of the world's biggest gold deposits."

9/7/2005......"We presented all the feasibility studies and the environmental impact studies to the proper authorities and we expect them to give us the environmental permit at any moment so we can start the construction project," Crystallex representative Luis Felipe Cottin said."

3/29/2007....."One can't go ahead until the other goes ahead, and we're hoping that very soon after Easter we should be in the very same position that they are," Mr. Thompson said."

05/04/2007....."In a new development, he also went on to say that the company took a positive step forward five or six weeks ago to provide final documentation, which was submitted by the CVG, to MARN for technical review which is currently taking place at this time. Thompson noted that the review culminates with a site visit that took place last Friday with Gold Reserve Inc. (AMEX: GRZ), owner of the Las Brisas mining concession, just recently went through the same process in order to obtain their environmental permit from the Venezuelan government. Upon site inspection the permit was granted approximately ten days later."

11/8/2007....."The final environment permit is already in hand -- this fact has already been clarified in executive session last Friday with Crystallex' Robert Fung and Gordon Thompson as well as Felipe Cottin -- and they have been made fully aware of the situation wich remains that there are no further permits required after this environmental permit is issued (he says "probably within the next 10 days" but like Cottin says "it could be at any moment" - undefined!)."

11/08/2007....""All of the requirements are covered ... the permit should be assigned to us at any moment," Crystallex Venezuela President Luis Felipe Cottin told Reuters."
