The bondholders taking this "derivative action" now makes sense! Thanks mucho, hrattle!

And during the upcoming hearing, to be held sometime this month, Management LAWYERS may have to reveal, at some point, what has or hasn't been going on. And guess what, Management may even be forced to issue a PRESS RELEASE!
