THE TIME IS NEAR WHEN THE STORY OF CRYSTALLEX WILL BECOME HISTORY.

Fung and Marshall should start dealing with Chavez or better still with Sanz openly.

Waiting does not play in our favor anymore ,these two guys have their mind already set on what they are going to do and the waiting game has become theirs .

They are waiting that we will be financially anemic in order to strike their blow with a disgusting low offer for compensation that we will not be able to rebuff due to lack of time and resources.

Our BOD should bring this affair in the open so Chavez & CO will also be accountable to the investors community at large in order to bring positive pressure on any dealings that we would be going through.
