plezen, i get the feeling you may know already but i recommend visiting the icsid site..exxon/cemex are relatively new cases but are on the fast track....as far as ven and bolivia withdrawing from icsid...they'd also have to withdraw from worldbank.....i dont think so...hugo thought he could do it before and found out differently....
