The only thing I would say about Rml was that after Rml tries a friendly offer and Grz shot him down he said he wasn't interested in Grz because it wasn't a great property. He then goes and tries a hostile take over.

Agapov probably associates himself with RC because neither of them are afraid of facts getting in the way of a story.
