Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
I think the very very last thing managements and shareholders would want is a long draw out arbitration process, it is their ace up the sleeve but should be use ONLY as a last resort, as bad as thing are up in the air without direction from Vz, we have all been very patients maybe just a little more could make a world of difference, think about it for a sec. antagonizing Chavez now with his new found approval, fighting the trans-national companies will only empower him in the eyes of the poor for 2013 votes. Remember Rusoro is also a Tran-national and me think give these fools enough rope and they will hang ..... two failed attempt at GRZ says they have lost some credibility after boasting they have always come through for Vz, still I haven't seen this. Any opposition or past arbitration towards Chavez (who is Venezuela now) only gets a belligerent response and you are screwed forever, from what I've seen, once you fight Chavez their is no going back, you will never mine an oz of gold and your survival depends on a future world court decision where you have a good case but can still go either way, I surely didn't invest in this stock so lawyers can buy a 4th home, my advise to those that wants that route, not to be mean, sell take you losses or gains and move the heck on, the best chance Crystallex is to promote the result of their social commitment and the fact they are ready to provide substantial employment and much needed added income to CVG, the Bolivar state and the government of Vz, the way I see it, like it or not if you are truly invested in KRY, only a fool will want to go through the arbitration process, Exxon we are not
