The new mining law in VZ will be the base of any subsequent act of deliberation for the mining industry .

Sanz specified in his interviews that they were not happy with the previous legislation and that they were going to change it with one which suited VZ best.

In any country when you apply for any permit ,any kind of permit ,your application is being considered ,after you paid fees and taxes,and released as a permit according to the law of the land.

In Venezuela there is no new law of the land for mining yet , so no permit because no regulation to attach to it.

The new mining legislation has not been published yet in fact the law is still sitting under a pile of bureaucratic mess and incompetence.

Yes there is mining going on but they are old concessions that VZ is trying to take back and nationalize or given back , like KRY did and couple days ago the Chinese mining company.

All the rest is a merry go round of excuses ,cover up and innuendos.
