President Chavez warned on rice producers possible expropriation

Caracas. Mar. 4 ABN .- The president of the Republic, Hugo Chávez Frías, alerted producers of rice and other essential items, which do not adhere to the rules and continue the campaign of lies, could proceed to expropriate the companies which are necessary .

'The revolutionary government will not stop for food safety. We will not stop us, we can expropriate all of the Polar plants if necessary and pay them with bonds, "said the Head of State in addressing special council of ministers from the Palacio de Miraflores.
