wow, thats some way to make money....

so you loan a company $$$$$ (like, lets say a "bondholder")....

then you take out a huge short position....

then you try to call the loan, or file a court case claiming "change of status/contract" which would make the note payable (especially when the company could'nt afford to pay it)....the shareholders crap themselves, the stock dives and you make twice the coin......

i'll have to keep that in mind in case anything like that ever happens to kry...hey wait a minute!
