Gotta agree with Optionsgal.

And, be careful what you wish for. My opinion is that Arbitration would likely not be in the best interests of KRY sp.

Arbitration will turn KRY from a gold mining spec, to a litigation spec. Or, if this were a divorce proceeding - a Gold Digger Spec . . . ;-) . . . Ok, ok, not all that funny . . .

Anyway, Litigation would tend to make the Bug Guys run the other way.
