The answer is really quite simple. If the mine were located in Canada of course you threaten arbitration. But it's not. Don't try to apply hockey rules to a chess game. Piss Hugo off and you can kiss LC goodbye for good. Litigation will only be resorted to if and when KRY is told to take a hike. Until then it's business as usual.
