Because you've set up a series of questions that when answered and published here and then by Roy C. and every Tom, Dick and Harry who reads us...will present RM and management in an aggresive/Arbitration hungry light.

I've asked this before of you....and I will ask once again. WHY can't you leave the poor man alone and let this play out in the way it is intended???? We have a deadline. No doubt KRY will take the appropriate action if it comes and goes without a permit being issued.

If I were RM I'd be looking for a good disguise.
